Are any of the items in your store physical goods?
No. All products for sale on this site are for Hex: Shards of Fate TCG and are digital objects. You must have a Hex TCG account in the PC servers to use these items. Mail system is not yet supported on the PS4 version so our Shop cannot serve the PS4 players yet. As soon as the mail system is implemented on PS4, our Shop will be fully open for the console players.
What is the order process?
Go to hexprimal.com/shop and find the items you need by using the filters on the top. You can also use the search bar on the top right to find specific items. After adding the products you desire to your cart, you can press the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button which will take you to the payment page. You will then enter the necessary details, choose your form of payment, and confirm your order. After we have confirmed your payment, we will in-game mail you the products to the account you have specified.
How long after placing an order should I expect to receive my stuff?
All orders will be mailed within 12 hours of your purchase, oftentimes much quicker than that.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept PayPal (you don’t need an account, can pay by credit card) and Coinbase (Bitcoin).
As the in-game mail functionality is currently limited, how do you keep record of what is sent to whom?
We record all of our transactions with a screen-recording software, clearly showing the recipient account as well as the contents of the mail and sending it while recording. View the demo video below for an example.
What is the minimum order value?
Due to the payment processing fees, the minimum order value is $5.
Your prices are lower than the in-game Auction House. How come?
The Auction House prices are highly volatile and open to manipulation due to the low volumes traded. Our prices are calculated taking into account the average price performance of cards in the last 7 to 30 days. This enables us to get closer to the the card’s real worth, rather than what the Auction House listing price is at a specific point in time (which is just a snapshot). We then apply a percentage discount that ensures we are lower than the Auction House prices.
How do you handle large orders?
Coinbase: We do not require additional verification for large orders.
PayPal: We require PayPal users with orders exceeding $300 to have Verified PayPal accounts. Also, you must send us your government-issued photo ID which matches the sender name of your PayPal account or name on the credit card (whichever one is used). This policy is in place to protect both ourselves and the Paypal account holders from fraudulent transactions.
Why do you not have a certain item for sale?
There may be times where some rarer items are temporarily out of stock. We do our best to stock up on all tradable items within the game and will usually have the item in question the next time you check back.
Is there a limit to the quantity of a certain item I am able to purchase?
Yes. The current limit is 4 per card, and 1 per equipment/mercenary for each order & person (no limits for Booster Packs). This policy is in place to ensure that all of our customers have access to the full extent of our inventory as often as possible. Please do not purchase more than 4 copies of a single card over several orders before we have had a chance to process those orders.
How do I use a Store Credit Coupon Code or a Discount Code?
If you have a Store Credit Coupon Code or a Discount Code, please input the code at the “Cart” page into the empty white square on the left, then hit the “Apply Coupon” button next to it (as illustrated in the image below). This will update your total after which you may Proceed to Checkout.
How do you keep my information safe?
We use industry standard 256-bit SSL (secure socket layer) technology on our checkout page to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information you provide.
Will Hex Ent. take any disciplinary actions against my account for purchasing from your shop?
No, they will not. It is natural for gaming companies to not be able to openly support 3rd party trading sites as they have no way to supervise or guarantee these transactions. However, you can rest assured that before launching our shop, we have gotten official response from Hex Ent. that no disciplinary action will be taken against 3rd party sellers or buyers. This stance has been confirmed by Hex and Gameforge (Hex’s Publisher) employees on numerous occasions. Should their policies change in the future, we will notify our customers immediately and comply with Hex Ent.’s new regulations accordingly. Your account safety and satisfaction with our service remain our outmost priorities.
