General Stats
  • 14.89 million Plat was spent in June, as opposed to 25.91 million Plat spent in May(post-Set 4 release month) , a 43% decrease in activity in terms of Plat. 250.3 million Gold was spent in June compared to 380.6 million Gold in May – a 34% decrease. These figures are still much higher than those of September 2015 (comparable month post-Set 3 release) which saw activities of 10.6 million Plat and 158 million Gold.
  • Total Number of Cards sold in June (311,368) was 40% lower than May (518,528).
  • In June, 104 cards gained value while 332 cards lost value, compared to 133 and 328 respectively in May (among Rares/Legendaries).
  • The average price of Rares decreased from $1.26 to $1.15 (-9%) while the average price for Legendaries also decreased from $4.14 to $3.80 (-8%).
  • The card with the longest gain streak is no longer Mass Polymorph: Dingler (ended at 6 months), it is now Lixil, the Deathless Gem with 5 months. It has gone from $0.83 in January to $2.28 in June.
  • The card with the longest loss streak is no longer Devouring Doomspore (ended at 5 months). It is now Fungal Monstrosity, Darad the Scourgeblade, and Arcane Dreamcatcher all with 5 months.
  • Biggest $ Winners of 2016 (vs December 2015 avg.): Slaughtergear’s Reaver (+$8.51), Extinction (+$4.84), and Mass Polymorph: Dingler (+$4.45). Losers: Slaughtergear’s Replicator (-$10.76), Eye of Creation (-$2.69), and Fungal Monstrosity(-$2.59).
  • Average price of Set 1 Boosters had an increase going from $1.68 to $1.72 (+2%), while Set 2 Boosters increased slightly from $1.73 to $1.74(+1%). Set 3 Boosters continued their rise going from $1.83 to $1.89 (+3%) while Set 4 Boosters fell from $1.82 to $1.74 (-4%)
